The priority of this project is to provide a spatial quality (openness) and secure exhibition walls simultaneously. There are several approaches: 1) we tried to maximize a size of the major room, where is combine viewing room with semi-pubic office, using a strategy of open-plan. Plus, we tried to maximize a height in our space; 2) from the entrance, we designed several layers of exhibition wall so that people could feel various depths in space compared to the real scale. Besides, we planned service spaces (storage, private office) to put in the distance, so that visitors could not see in our main space; 3) we tried to use several existing windows wherever we considered it was unsuited for exhibition wall.
